Shipping

Shipping is calculated by the weight of your total order. Customer pays exact shipping cost.

Orders shipped Fedex, UPS and USPS mail with delivery confirmation.
On average your order will be shipped same day or the next business day with an estimated delivery of 4-7 business days.

.Estimated Delivery 4-14 business days USA, and 4-21 business days internationally .

.** Expedited Services**. You can choose overnight service if you are in a hurry. But Please note it is not a guarantee that your order can be filled at time of placement. Shipment depends on time of day and stock availability.

. **UPS** and **Fedex**We cannot send packages via UPS and Fedex to a P.O.BOX. All expedited shipping instock orders placed before 2pm EST will be shipped same day. Expedited instock orders placed after 2 pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

** Attention**

Orders will be shipped when all items have been gathered. You will be notified via e-mail of tracking number and or out of stock items. Items will not be shipped individually.

- International orders do not carry any minimum purchase.

- Once packages leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays with your order arrival. USA customers please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the post office considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from ship date, contact customer service at 1-724-863-4951 to resolve any issues.

- Unfortunately we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. Forgot to add and item, call customer service or simply do another purchase. Our turn around time is very fast! Once orders are placed we try to process them immediately for same day shipping, so it is difficult to adjust the orders at the backend, or have cancellations done, because the item may already be processed and on the truck for shipping.
